Fiesta Texas president says ‘unprecedented’ additions planned for Six Flags

March 31, 2017

Six Flags Fiesta Texas is bringing some exciting new changes to its San Antonio park. Jeffrey Siebert, Fiesta Texas President, said new rides, shows and technology will debut over the next few years and park guests will be amazed at what the future holds.

This coming season, Fiesta Texas will see a new Mardi Gras Festival that includes a parade and Cajun Cuisine. Those seeking a rush of adrenaline can experience Thunder Rapids, the country’s first rocket-blast water coaster. If you enjoy a more relaxed experience with a dazzling fireworks display then look no further. The new show called “Celebrate,” will integrate new technology and promises a more extreme light show.

Jeffrey Siebert wants to assure Texas and Mexico, both important target markets for the park, that Six Flags is far from done with its investment plans for San Antonio’s Fiesta Texas. “Every market, every year, offers unique opportunities and challenges. So we literally look at every market to see what is the best way to get our messaging out there.” Six Flags promises to dazzle every parent, child and those “young at heart” who come through their gates seeking entertainment and thrills.
