Robb Leitgen

Robb Leitgen is the Vice President of Loan Operations for IRC Capital Residential where he oversees a $30 million private equity fund for home builders in Texas.

After receiving his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at Austin, Robb began a career in sales and marketing where he has helped multiple companies succeed by creating opportunities and solving problems. In 2005, Robb transitioned into real estate, which has served to build his extensive experience and knowledge in both single and multi-family investments, along with private lending. In 2016, Mr. Leitgen joined with Investment Realty’s Apartment Group where he has served to generate value through off-market multifamily deals and still continues this pursuit today.
