President of IRC, Mr. Raub earned an M.A. degree from Pepperdine University. He served 11 years as an officer in the United States Marine Corps. Licensed as a Texas Real Estate Broker, he has served as Director of the San Antonio Board of Realtors, Chairman of the Commercial Investment Division of the San Antonio Board of Realtors, and Director of the Texas Association of Realtors. Mr. Schendel earned a B.A. in Communication from The University of Texas at San Antonio and is active supporting the Alumni Association and Roadrunner Baseball Program for which he played. For the last four years he has served roles as Treasurer and Community Member on the Board of Trustees of Hill Country Montessori School in Boerne, TX. Previously, Mr. Schendel worked as a Senior Wholesaler for a New York based investment firm managing $600 Billion in mutual fund assets. Mr. Schendel’s specialty is land brokerage in the greater San Antonio and south Texas market. His brokerage expertise includes: national & regional home builder representation, master-planned communities; residential, office & industrial land brokerage and new site acquisition for business owners.

Mrs. Raub is a licensed Real Estate Agent in the State of Texas and a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Candidate. She is a graduate of Seattle University, Seattle, Washington with a Bachelor of Arts in Education. Her broad working experience includes owning and operating a retail business. Mrs. Raub has had extensive experience working in the arena of sales, public relations, non-profit fundraising and as an educator. Ms. Mirelez earned her CCIM designation in 1988, and has been a licensed real estate broker since 1979. After earning her BBA with majors in both Real Estate and Finance at The University of Texas at Austin, she worked in real estate research, land brokerage, office & retail leasing, commercial property management, and asset management. Ms. Mirelez returned to her studies to earn a Masters of Science in Health Care Administration from Trinity University in San Antonio. She spent a decade in the health care environment prior to returning to commercial real estate. As a 4th generation San Antonian, Ms. Mirelez combines her education and experience with her network of family, friends, and business associates to help people and businesses find solutions to their commercial real estate needs. Her area of expertise is office leasing and sales with a specialization in medical office leasing and sales.

MARCELINO GARCIA Mr. Garcia is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science in Education. He is also a Life Member of the Texas Exes Association. Mr. Garcia joined Investment Realty Company with an outstanding record of accomplishments in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries in both the U.S. and Latin American markets. His business background extends from strategic operations to sales and marketing management, training and business development. Mr. David Lawhorn is a Multi-Family Investment Specialist, heading up IRC's Apartment Group. Lawhorn has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. He was previously EVP/COO of a Texas-based full service real estate firm. During his tenure with this firm, Mr. Lawhorn had direct responsibility for over 1.5 billion in assets and supervised a brokerage staff that generated over $600 million in leasing & sales. Mr. Lawhorn left that firm in 1997 to join IRC--where he provided investment opportunities, asset management & consultation services for investors, developers and institutional clients. Mr. Lawhorn now leads the IRC Apartment Group, representing multi-housing investors.

She is involved in financial property analysis, marketing of multi-family properties, and new client development. Paul Fairchild has over 20 years of experience in executive level organization, negotiation, finance & project management. Paul began his varied professional career in commercial lending and later progressed to investment banking in equity & capital markets. Paul gained the confidence of investors. Entering the private equity investment world, he implemented institutional best practice in portfolios valued in the hundreds of millions of dollars. Paul has international experience at negotiating equity & debt financing for major projects & managing commercial developments. She is licensed as a Texas Real Estate Broker and holds memberships in the San Antonio Board of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, the International Real Estate Federation, and the Real Estate Investment Association.
